摘 要:长期以来,对维生素D的研究主要集中在钙、磷代谢的调节作用。近年来随着医学研究的深入,维生素D被证实具有更为广泛的生物学效应,包括参与炎性反应,免疫,糖、脂代谢等病理生理过程,抑制多种类型细胞的增殖,诱导细胞凋亡和分化,调节机体免疫系统,降低一些常见的肿瘤、自身免疫性疾病、传染性疾病、心脏病等发生率,已成为当前医学研究的热点之一。本文综述了近年来维生素D的临床研究新进展,以期为临床用药提供借鉴。The studies of vitamin D had long been mainly concentrated on the regulation of calcium and phosphorus metabolism. In recent years, with the development of medical research, vitamin D has been shown to have extensive biological effects, including participation in inflammatory reactions, immunity, glycolipid metabolic and other pathophysiologic process. Vitamin D is able to inhibit the proliferation of many types of cells, induce cell apoptosis and differentiation, regulate the immune system, and reduce the incidence of some common tumors, autoimmune diseases, infectious diseases and heart disease. Vitamin D has become one of the hot points of medical research. This paper reviewed the progress of vitamin D in clinical application recently, in order to provide a reference for clinical medication.
