摘 要:研究了喷丸和退火对304奥氏体不锈钢抗晶间腐蚀能力的影响。实验结果表明,喷丸处理后试样的耐晶间腐蚀性能比原材料明显降低,腐蚀速度明显增加。经过退火处理后,材料的微观组织结构得到了优化,耐腐蚀性得到显著提高,且随着退火时间的延长,抗晶间腐蚀能力越好。Effects of shot-peening and annealing on intergranular corrosion (IGC) resistance of 304 austenitic stainless steel were investigated. The experimental results show that shot-peened specimens became much more susceptible to IGC, and the corrosion rate was even higher than that of the base materials under the same sensitization condition. The subsequent annealing treatment changed the microstructure of material, the IGC resistance of the processed specimens was improved remarkably, and with increase of the annealing time, the corrosion rate decreased and the intergranular corrosion resistance of the processed specimen became much better.
