摘 要:采用MSN型冲蚀磨损试验机,在不同磨粒粒度和不同冲蚀速度下,对铝锰合金和三氧化二铝颗粒增强铝锰基复合材料进行冲蚀磨损试验,对试验材料失重、抗冲蚀磨损性能、微观失效表面形貌进行了分析。结果表明,三氧化二铝颗粒增强铝锰基复合材料较铝锰合金有较好的抗冲蚀磨损性能;材料的磨损失重率与磨粒粒度的关系并不是简单的单调曲线,而是随着磨粒粒度的增大呈先增大后减小;材料在较高冲蚀速度下抗冲蚀能力较低;影响材料抗冲蚀磨损能力的参数众多并且起主导作用的参数不止一个,本次试验中,磨粒的粒度和冲蚀速度共同决定了冲蚀磨损的强度。Aluminum-manganese alloy and aluminum oxide particles reinforced aluminum manganese composite flush erosion tests were carried out by MSN type erosion tester in different particle size and different erosion rate. And the test material weight loss, anti-erosion properties, surface morphology of micro-failure were studied and discussed. The results show that Aluminum oxide particle reinforced aluminum-manganese alloy has good resistance to erosion wear than that of the aluminum-manganese alloy. The relationship of the wear weight loss as a function of abrasive particle size is not a simple monotonic curve, but with the increase of particle size first increased and then decreased; Test materials have big erosion and low capacity of anti erosion at high flush speed. Among the test parameters more than one of the parameters play the roles in erosion resistance ability of the materials. In this experiment, abrasive particle size and erosion flush speed are both the main factors which determine the intensity of erosion.
