摘  要:研究了在直流磁场下凝固的AZ80镁合金晶内溶质含量及凝固组织的变化。结果表明:与未施加磁场的试样相比,经过直流磁场处理后,AZ80镁合金中Al、Zn2种溶质元素在晶粒内部的含量均增加,直流磁场作用下,试样宏观组织的变化不明显,晶界有所变窄。The influence of DC magnetic fields on the solidification structure of the AZ80 Mg alloy was studied. It was found that the grain was not become finer and the size and amount of inclusion was reduced in the sample with the DC magnetic field compared to the sample without magnetic field. The grain boundary became thinner with the DC magnetic field. Through the electron microprobe analysis, it was found that the Al and Zn content inside grain were increased.
