摘  要:根据短流程熔炼技术特点,对短流程熔炼的过热、净化、保温与孕育处理等工艺过程进行系统分析。研究表明,恰当的过热、净化、保温和孕育处理,可以改善高炉铁液热力学和动力学条件,最大限度地消除高炉铁液的遗传因素的影响,获得以珠光体基体和A型石墨为主的高强度铸铁材质。利用该技术生产机床类结构零件和汽车刹车盘等高强度铸件,能够获得显著的能源、经济和环境效益。Based on the technical features of high strength cast iron, the technical measures of overheating, purification, heat insulation and inoculation were studied for the smelting technology of directly using blast furnace iron melt. Using proper process parameters, the thermodynamics and kinetics conditions were improved, and the effect of cast iron heredity was eliminated to a great extent. As a result, high strength cast iron with pearlite matrix and mostly A-type graphite was obtained. When used in practice, this technology can bring great energy, economic and environmental benefits, especially for making machine tool parts and brake disc.
