摘 要:以含水玻璃芯砂粘土砂为研究对象,对其分别在烘干、260、320、700℃条件下进行脆化处理,然后经过机械再生及风选,用再生砂混制水玻璃型砂,发现含水玻璃芯砂的粘土砂在700℃条件下加热脆化10 min,然后经过5 min的一级再生及5 min的一级风选,所得再生砂在工艺配比不变的情况下,其抗拉强度达到了1.43 MPa,可使用时间为12 min,略低于由同种新砂混制的水玻璃砂的抗拉强度(1.52 MPa)和可使用时间(13 min),但足以满足铸造生产的要求,可以代替新砂用于水玻璃砂生产。The scope and purpose of the present study is to research the reclamation processes that fresh quartz sand is replaced by the reclaimed clay sands containing sodium silicate core sand. Being embrittled by heating at room temperature, 260 ℃, 320 ℃, 700 ℃ respectively, the used sands were reclaiming treated mechanically and separated pneumatically. Samples separately prepared with fresh sand and reclaimed sands were compared in the laboratory on processing properties. It is found that when the used sand undergo a cycle of heated at 700 ℃ for 10min, and then reclaimed for 5min and air separated for 5min, the tensile strength ( 1.43 MPa) and benching time (13 min) of the reclaimed sand samples were slightly lower than that( 1.52 MPa and 13min respectively) of the fresh sand. The reclaimed sand is technically acceptable for moulding and core making in foundries using sodium silicate process and can be used instead of the fresh sand.
