摘  要:等温淬火球墨铸铁(简称ADI)具有高强、高韧、耐磨性和减振降噪性能好等诸多优点。水平连铸球铁型材的组织致密、晶粒细小、石墨球化率高、球化级别高,无缩松、缩孔、夹渣等缺陷,是生产ADI的理想铸件。本文对ADI的特点、国内外的研究和应用状况进行了分析,认为采用水平连铸球铁型材替代普通铸件作为生产ADI的坯件,是提高我国ADI的产品质量、推动ADI在机械行业应用的有效途径。Austempered Ductile Iron (ADI) possesses high tensile strength and toughness, good wear resistance and damping capacity. Dense and fine-grained ductile iron bar can be fabricated by horizontal continuous casting with no casting defects such as shrinkage porosity and inclusions involved. Further more, the high graphite nodularity grade could be obtained in the dense bar. Thus the dense continuous cast ductile iron bar is an ideal material for the fabrication of ADI. The performance and application of ADI are reviewed and the research results on ADI, in domestic and abroad, are also analyzed in this paper. Thanks to the excellent properties of the dense ductile iron bar, using dense ductile iron bars to produce ADI is helpful to improve the performance of ADI parts and extend its application in machinery industry.
