摘　　要：近代中国最早出现的彩票是由菲律宾的西班牙殖民政府发行的吕宋票。从19世纪60年代到1898年间,吕宋票在中国广为流传,民众趋之若鹜,大量的财富外流,清政府几经禁售而收效不大。透过吕宋票我们看到的是一段时代的变迁和屈辱的历史。Modern Chinese lottery appeared as the Luzon lottery which was issued by the Spanish colonial government in Philippine.From 1960s to 1898,it gained the approval of the society,and was enthusiastically bought by the people.Though it was forbidden by the Qing government because of the lost wealth,there is no use.The Luzon lottery shows the tremendous changes of the times and the history of humiliating diplomacy in modern China.
