摘　　要：详细介绍了球型储罐焊缝磁粉检测的原理和方法.提出了球型储罐焊缝磁粉检测的工艺规范.经过实际生产证实,该方法稳定可靠,可以有效地检测出球型储罐焊缝中所存在的缺陷,增加了生产安全性.The principles and methods of magnetic particle testing in the testing of welding seam of spheriodal containers were introduced in this paper. The process specification of magnetic particle testing was proposed. The production practice proved that this method is stable and reliable. This method can detect the defects of welding seam of spheriodal containers effectively so that the production safety can be promoted.
