摘  要:采用原子吸收光谱法测定经干法或湿法处理后的平贝母中Ca,Mn,Fe,Cu,Zn的含量,为平贝母的开发利用提供了参考依据.实验结果为:平贝母中Ca,Mn,Fe,Cu,Zn的平均含量分别为0.7121mg/g,0.0318mg/g,1.0686mg/g,0.0087mg/g,0.1299mg/g.该测定方法简单、快速,结果准确.The trace elements in Fritillaria ussuriensis Maxim digested by dry and wet process separately were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry,providing a reference for exploiting and utilizing it. The results showed that the contents of the Ca,Mn,Fe,Cu and Zn in Fritillaria ussuriensis Maxim were 0. 7121mg/ g,0. 0318 mg/g,1. 0686 mg/g,0. 0087 mg/g and 0. 1299 mg/g respectively. The method is simple,rapid and accurate.
