摘  要:应用Deform-3D有限元软件进行GH4169薄壁管滚珠旋压成形过程的数值模拟,揭示了薄壁管缺陷产生的原因。分析了不同工艺参数对管材表面波纹、端口喇叭口及扩径缺陷的影响规律;结合实验研究,验证了模拟结果的准确性。结果表明,当轴向进给比范围为0.8~1mm.r-1、主轴转速为180r.min-1、减薄率为30%时,管材表面质量较好,胀径量较小,旋压成形过程处于较稳定的状态。The simulation of GH4169 thin-walled tube ball-spinning process was carried out by the finite element software of Deform-3D to reveal the reason of defects of the thin-walled tube.The affection rule of surface ripple,port bellmouth and diametral growth defects were analyzed under the different technical parameters.Experiments were also performed to verify the validity of the simulation results.The results show that when feeding ratio in the range of 0.8~1mm·r-1,spindle speed of 180r·min-1 and reducing rate of 30%,the surface quality of pipe is better with smaller diametral growth and steady spinning process.
