摘 要:通过分析变频液压屑饼机的工作原理,建立其数学模型。利用MATLAB/SIMULINK软件平台建立系统仿真模型,并对系统动态特性进行仿真。通过改变变频液压系统中的参数,研究具体参数的改变对系统动态性能带来的影响。仿真结果表明,减少油液体积弹性模量和增大系统泄漏系数对动态特性影响较大,会使系统压力响应变慢、活塞速度稳定性和响应性都降低,而增大负载对系统动态特性影响不大。Through analyzing the working principle of variable frequency drive hydraulic crumbs cake machine,the mathematical model was set up.Using MATLAB/SIMULINK software platform,the simulation model was built,and dynamic characteristics of system was simulated.By changing the parameters of frequency hydraulic system,the research on impact of dynamic characteristics was carried out because of modifying specific parameters.Simulation results show that reducing oil bulk modulus and increasing system leakage coefficient have a great influence on dynamic characteristics,which can drop down system pressure responsiveness and slow down responsiveness and stability of piston speed,but adding load on system has little effect for dynamic characteristics.
