摘 要:针对快锻液压机自由锻打这一复杂工况——瞬态的打击过程,材料、几何和接触的非线性以及大变形,利用HyperMesh建立以机架、固定横梁、上下模具和锻件为主体的多体动力学模型,调用HyperMesh中内嵌的LS-DYNA模板,加载多体系的非线性材料、载荷和边界条件等,输出K文件并提交LS-DYNA求解。通过后处理得到关键零部件在不同工作条件下的应力、位移云图和能够再现锻打过程中应力波和变形传递的动画。通过分析上述结果,找到了机架和横梁上应力、应变的敏感部位和最大值,为液压机的锻打实验、疲劳分析和优化设计提供了依据。Based on the complicated working conditions of the Quick Forging Hydraulic Press' free forging——the transient impacting process,the nonlinearity of materials,geometries and boundary conditions,and the large deformation,the multi-body dynamic model for the relevant workpieces including the machine frame,the fixed beam,the upper and lower die etc.was built.LS-DYNA template embedded in HyperMesh was invoked to loading,the nonlinear materials,load and boundary conditions,then the K-files were output the to LS-DYNA for being solved.Through post-processing,the fringe of the stress and displacement,reproduced the animation of stress wave transmitting and deformation changing in the forging process for the key components under different working conditions were got.By analyzing the above results,the stress and strain sensitive areas of the frame and the beam and their maximum values were found,which provide a basis for forging experiments,fatigue analysis and the optimization design of the hydraulic press.
