摘　　要：从旋压成形工艺出发针对轮毂旋压机的使用需求做了相应分析。提出了旋压机的模具润滑方式由毛坯背腔润滑更改为模具表面润滑,并采用立式三旋轮120°布置方式,安装于模具在线加热和检测的温控系统;同时增加尾顶和旋轮的驱动装置。该工艺的设计为旋压设备的制造及改进趋势提供了方向。The analysis of the use requirement for the spinning technique of hub spinning machine was done.Some suggestions were put forward：the die lubrication way of the spinning machine now was changed to lubricate the die surface and three vertical wheels were uniformly placed in a circle;the temperature control system should be installed for heating and testing molds on-line;the drive units should be installed at the tailstock and rotating wheels separately.This process can provide a direction for equipment manufacturing and improvement trend for hub spinning machine.
