玉肤炎宁胶囊治疗湿热型痤疮临床观察

摘　　要：目的：观察玉肤炎宁胶囊治疗湿热型痤疮的临床疗效。方法：将200例患者随机分为2组，治疗组与对照组各100例（两组分别脱失2、3例）。治疗组服用玉肤炎宁胶囊，对照组服用丹参酮胶裳，均每次4粒，每日3次，饭后服用，连用1周复诊一次，共用4周后观察疗效。结果：治疗组治愈43例，显效37例，有效7例，无效9例，总有效率91．84％（95％CI=86．42％-97．26％）；对照组治愈21例，显效20例，有效31例，无效23例，总有效率73．20％（95％CI=64．39％-82．01％）：两组综合疗效比较（H=2．8492，P=0．0044），差异有显著性意义。结论：玉肤炎宁胶囊治疗湿热型痤疮疗效优于丹参酮胶囊，其收益为OR=0．24（95％CI=0．10-O．57），NNT=5（95％CI=3．41-12．52）。Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect of Capsule of Yu-fu Yan-ning on acne belonging to type of humid heat. Method： 200 cases with acne were divided into two groups randomly, 100 cases in each group. The cases in treatment group were treated with Capsule of Yu-fu Yan-ning, and the ones in control group were done with Capsule of Salviol. All the cases took the medicine 4 capsules each time and 3 times a day, returned visit every week. But 2 cases in treatment group and 3 ones in control group were lost. After 4 weeks the curative effect was observed. Result ： In treatment group 43 cases were recovered, 37 ones excellent, 7 ones effective and 9 ones ineffective. The total effective rate was 91.84% （95% CI = 86. 42% -97.26% ）. And in control group 21 cases were recovered, 20 ones excellent, 31 ones effective and 23 ones ineffective. The total effective rate was 73.20% （95% CI = 64.39% -82.01% ）. There was significant difference between the two groups （u = 2. 849 2, P =0. 0 04 4）. Conclusion： The curative effect of Capsule of Yu-fu Yan-ning is better than that of Capsule of Salviol on acne belonging to type of humid heat.
