摘  要:目的:观察三甲散加减方对肝纤维化大鼠肝组织TGF-β1 mRNA及α-SMA表达的影响。方法:以40%的CC l4花生油溶液腹腔注射诱导大鼠肝纤维化模型,随机分为4组,分别灌胃给药,光镜观察各组动物的肝组织病理学变化,原位杂交法检测大鼠肝组织中TGF-β1 mRNA在肝脏中的表达情况,免疫组化法检测大鼠肝组织中α-SMA在肝脏中的表达情况。结果:三甲散加减方能逆转CC l4诱导的肝纤维化,能显著降低TGF-β1 mRNA及α-SMA的表达。结论:三甲散加减方能有效抗大鼠肝纤维化,其作用机制可能与其降低TGF-β1 mRNA及α-SMA的表达有关。To observe the influence of Modified Powder of Three Shell Crusta on TGF-β1 mRNA and α-SMA in rats with hepatic fibrosis. Method: 40% peanut oil solution CCl4 was injected into rats' abdominal cavity to induce hepatic fibrosis models, and then the rats were randomly divided into four groups. By intragastric administration the rats were given to the powder. Observe histopathological changes of the liver in all groups under light microscopy, and detect TGF-β1 mRNA expression in situ hybridization and α-SMA expression by immunohistochemistry. Result : Modified Powder of Three Shell Crusta reversed hepatic fibrosis induced by CCl4, and significantly reduced TGF-β1mRNA and α-SMA expressions. Conclusion: Modified Powder of Three Shell Crusta has the effect of anti-hepatic fibrosis effectively, and its mechanism may be related to decreasing TGF-β1mRNA and α-SMA expressions.
