摘　　要：从国家与社会的关系来看,建构政治组织与社会组织的制度化整合成为中国政治发展的新问题。在政治组织与社会组织的制度化整合中,涉及到政治组织与社会组织相互之间的关系、角色和作用。公益基金会作为社会组织在实现制度化整合上具有重要作用。从实现方式上来说,制度化的政治沟通和政治参与是公益基金会作为社会组织推进政治整合的重要方式。在走向制度化整合的过程中,新的政治组织与社会组织的合作关系是一个复杂的制度建构过程,这个建构过程不仅需要社会组织的努力,而且更需要政治组织的支持。Seen from the relationship between state and society,systemic integration of political organization with social organization is a new issue in the political development of China,which involves the relationship between the two organizations and their respective roles.Non-profit foundations,as social organization,can play a significant role in the systemic integration.Political exchange and political participation are an important approach for non-profit foundation to pushing forward political integration.In the process of systemic integration,the cooperative relationship between new political and social organizations is waiting to be constructed,which,as a complex process,calls for both the efforts of social organization and the support of political organization.
