摘  要:目的考察因煎煮次数、煎煮时间、加水量及加碱(NaOH)量的不同,对水提取黄芪中黄芪甲苷含量的影响,以筛选出黄芪甲苷的最佳水提取工艺。方法采用薄层扫描法测定黄芪甲苷的含量,以黄芪甲苷的含量为指标运用正交设计法筛选最佳工艺。结果水煎煮提取黄芪中黄芪甲苷的最佳工艺条件为煎煮3次,煎煮时间为1.5h,加12倍量水,加NaOH为药材量的1%,即A3B2C3D2。结论该工艺合理,稳定可行,可为黄芪甲苷提取工艺的确定提供实验依据。OBJECTIVE To investigate the differences of decoction times, decoction time, the amount of water and alkali(NaOH)added which impact the extract rate of the water extaction of Astragaloside and to filter out the best Astragaloside water extraction technology. METHODS The TLCS method was used to determine the con- tent of astragaloside and use orthogonal design with Astragaloslde content as criteria to filter the optimum Astragaloside water extraction technology. RESULTS The optimum technology of water decoction of Astragaloside is as follows: the crude drug is extracted three times, 1.5h per time, 12 times water and 1% NaOH was added, that is A3B2C3D2.CONCLUSION This technology is reasonable and practicable, which can be used as experimental basis for extraction techonlogy of Aatragalus.
