摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱法测定地呋乳膏中地塞米松磷酸钠的含量方法。方法采用美国Waters2695高效液相色谱仪,以C18为固定相,以甲醇-0.1mol·L-1醋酸铵溶液(用磷酸调节pH至4.0)(50∶50)为流动相;检测波长242nm。在18.8～94μg·g-1范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999。回收率为99.8%(n=3)。结论本法可准确测定地呋乳膏中地塞米松磷酸钠的含量,适用于药品的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish a measure to determine the content of dexamethasone sodium phosphate in Dexamethasone Furacilinum ointment. METHODS US Waters 2695 High Performance Liquid Chromato- graph Instrument was utilized with Octadecylsilyl as the stationary phase and methanol-0.1 mol·L^- 1 ammonium acetate solution（50：50, adjusted pH to 4.0 with phosphoric acid）as the mobile phase and the detective wavelength is 242nm. RESULTS The content of dexamethasone sodium phosphate within the range of 18.8 ~ 94μg· mL ^-1 shows a good linearity-r= 0. 9999 and its recovery is 99.8 % （n = 3）. CONCLUSION This method can be used as a measure to determine the exact content of dexamethasone sodium phosphate in Dexamethasone Furacilinum ointment and as a control over product quality as well.
