摘  要:目的测定复方刺梨合剂中黄酮类成份槲皮素的含量。方法采用HPLC法测定制剂中槲皮素的含量,以Agilent HC-C18为色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-水,采用梯度洗脱,检测波长为368nm,流速1.0mL·min-1,柱温30℃,进样30μL。结果槲皮素在0.64~12.8μg·mL-1范围呈线性关系,其回归方程为:Y=102.32X-5.2042(r=0.9998),平均回收率为99.18%,RSD=0.42%。复方刺梨合剂中槲皮素的含量约1.83~2.16μg·mL-1。结论本法测定槲皮素的含量灵敏、准确、重现性好,可用于复方刺梨合剂中槲皮素的含量测定。OBJECTIVE To determine the Flavonoids quercetin in Compond Cili mixture. METHODS HPLC method was carried on Agilent HC-C18 column to determine the quercetin, using gradient elution. The mobile phase was methanol-water, the detecting wavelength was 368nm, the flow rate was 1.0 mL· min^- 1, the column temerature was maintained at 300C and the injection volume was 30μL. RESULTS The standard curve was linear within the range of 0.64 -- 12.8μg· mL^-1, the regression equation was Y = 102.32X-5. 2042(r = 0. 9998), the average recovery rate was 99.18% and RSD= 0.42% .The content of the quercetin in Compond Cili mixture wasabout 1.83--2.16μg· mL^-1.CONCLUSION The method is highly sensitive, accurate, and reproducible. It can be used to determine the quercetin in Compond Cili mixture.
