摘　　要：目的采用高效液相色谱法测定前列通胶囊中黄芪甲苷含量。方法采用DiamonsilTM(4.6×250mm,5μm)色谱柱;乙腈-水(30∶70)为流动相;漂移管温度:105℃;载气流速:2.7L.min-1。结果黄芪甲苷进样量在0.6276～3.9225μg范围内呈现良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为98.80%,RSD为1.82%(n=6)。结论本法简便、准确,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。OBJECTIVE To determined the content of Astraloside in Qianlietong Capsules by HPLC- ELSD. METHODS Use the DiamonsilTM（4.6 ×250mm,5μm）column, its mobile phase was acetonitrile-water （30：70）. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1, drift tube temperature was 105℃, and gas flow rate was 2.7 L· min^-1.RESULTS It was showed that the Astraloside had a good linearity within the range of 0.6276 3. 9225μg （r = 0. 9998）. The average recovery was 98.80 %, and RSD = 1.82 % （n = 9）. CONCLUSION This method is simple and accurate for determination of Astraloside in Qianlietong Capsules.
