摘  要:目的观察参附联合维生素B6防治奥沙利铂神经毒性的临床疗效。方法 206例接受FOLFOX4方案化疗的胃癌根治术后患者随机分3组,A组单用参附,B组单用维生素B6,C组联用参附和维生素B6防治神经毒性。神经症状采用奥沙利铂Levi专用感觉神经毒性分级标准评定。结果化疗4个周期后3组不同药物干预下奥沙利铂神经毒性总发生率分别为A组:40/68(58.8%);B组:42/69(60.9%);C组:27/69(39.1%),C组防治方法奥沙利铂神经毒性总发生率明显低于其他两组(P<0.05)。结论参附剂联合维生素B6能有效降低奥沙利铂神经毒性的发生率。OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effect by vitamin B6 combined with shen-fu injection to prevent and treat the neurotoxicity. METHODS 206 cases of gastric cancer patients after radical mastectomy, who were all treated with FOLFOX4 scheme, were divided into 3 groups. The treatments of A group underwent with shen-fu injection and B group with vitamin B6, C group used the above two drugs. The Levi neurotoxicity grading was brought to evaluate the sensory nerve symptoms. RESULTS The overall incidence of oxa|iplatin-related neurotoxicity to groups of A,B and C were 40/68(58.8% ) ,42/69(60.9% ) and 27/69(39.1% )respectively. And C group is lower than both of other two groups(P 〈 0.05). CONCLUSION Combining of vitamin B6 and shen-fu injection can effectively reduce the incidence of the neurotoxicity of oxaliplatin.
