摘　　要：从福建福鼎海滩土壤样品中分离到一株海洋放线菌FIM02-635,该菌株的发酵产物具有免疫抑制活性。菌株FIM02-635在多数培养基上生长良好,灰黑-黑,无气生菌丝。系统发育、化学分类特征、形态特征、生理生化特性等分析表明菌株FIM02-635属于小单孢菌属(Micromonospora)。One marine actinomycete strain FIM02-635 was isolated from marine soil in Fujian Fudin. The fermentation broth of strain FIM02-635 exhibited potent immunosuppressive activities. Strain FIM02-635 grew well on most media tested, the colonies were grayish black to black but lacked aerial hyphae. Phylogenetie, ehemotaxonomic, morphological analyses, physiological and biochemical characteristics demonstrated that strain FIM02-635 belonged to the genus Micromonospora.
