摘　　要：目的优选羊蹄总黄酮最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交试验优化乙醇提取工艺条件,并利用紫外分光光度法测定其含量。结果正交试验确定总黄酮最优提取条件:70%乙醇提取2次,每次2h,溶剂用量为12倍量。结论该提取工艺简便、安全、可行、重现性好。Objective To optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids of Rumex japonicus Houtt.Methods Optimize the ethanol extraction process,and determined the content with UV spectrophotometry.Results Orthogonal experiments the optimal extraction conditions of flavonoids：70% of ethanol 2 times 2h,12 times the amount of solvent.Conclusion The method is simple,safe,feasible,and reproducible.
