我国农民体育休闲实证研究——以福建省沿海地区农村为例

摘　　要：通过问卷调查法,对福建沿海地区16岁以上农民的体育休闲现状进行调查,结果表明:农民的闲暇时间较多,活动内容单调,健康和保健意识较弱,体育休闲意识差;体育休闲参与率不足一半,不同社会群体之间差别较大;参加体育休闲的项目单调并以非正规的体育休闲场地为主;参加体育休闲的主要动机是增强体质、形体健美、社交活动、消磨时间、治病保健。影响参与体育休闲锻炼的主要因素是没有时间、没有兴趣、缺乏体育休闲设施、家庭负担重和不懂锻炼方法。by the means of questionnaire,this article investigates peasants＇ sports leisure present situation over 16 years old in the coastal area of Fujian.The result shows that peasants have more leisure time but their leisure activity is monotonous.Peasant＇s consciousness of health,health care is weak.They are not enough aware of the importance of participating sports leisure.Not more than half of peasants take part in sports leisure,among whom the difference of each social group is obvious.The sports activities they take part in are monotonous.The main places they use are irregular.The main purposes for peasants to take physical exercises are to enhance physique,keep body vigorous and graceful,participate social activity,kill the time,cure the sickness and care health.The factors that peasants don＇t take physical exercises are as follows.Peasants have no time and have no interest in sports leisure,no enough sports leisure facilities and heavy family burdens and don＇t know how to exercise.
