摘  要:目的通过对不同产地党参及不同产地党参引种到山西陵川GAP种植基地党参药材苍术内酯Ⅲ和党参炔苷2种化学成分的比较研究,探讨环境因素对党参化学成分的影响。方法采用HPLC方法,以党参炔苷和苍术内酯Ⅲ为检测指标,对不同产地党参及不同产地党参引种到山西种植基地党参药材进行了含量测定和比较分析。结果在选择的色谱条件下,苍术内酯Ⅲ的线性范围为0.10-1.6μg(r=0.9994),平均回收率为103.0%,RSD为0.02%(n=6);党参炔苷的线性范围为0.01-2.0μg(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100%,RSD为2.1%(n=6)。不同产地党参间苍术内酯Ⅲ、党参炔苷含量不同,引种后苍术内酯Ⅲ含量都较原产地高,湖北恩施板桥党和甘肃陇西白条党党参炔苷含量增高。结论党参化学成分受环境因素的影响,山西自然环境条件适宜党参种植。Objective To determine the contents of lobetyolin and atractylenoide Ⅲ in Radix Codonopsis from different habitats,and to explore the effect of environment on the chemical constituents of Radix Codonopsis.Methods The contents of lobetyolin and atractylenolide Ⅲ in the Radix Condonopsis cultivated in the same habit but from different original habit were detected by HPLC.Results Under the chosen conditions,there were good linear relationships between the input quantity and the peak areas of lobetyolin and atractylenoide Ⅲ in the ranges of 0.10-1.6 μg(r=0.999 4)and 0.01-2.0 μg(r=0.999 9),respectively.The mean recovery rates of lobetyolin and atractylenoide Ⅲ were 103.0% and 100%,respectively.RSD were 0.02%(n=6)and 2.1%(n=6),respectively.The contents of lobetyolin and atractylenoide Ⅲ showed significant difference from different original habitats.The contents of lobetyolin and atractylenolide Ⅲ in the Radix Codonopsis from different original habitats showed significant changes after being introduced.Conclusion Environmental conditions have a significant influence on the chemical constituents of Radix Codonopsis.The natural environmental conditions of Shanxi are suitable for the cultivation and introduction.
