摘　　要：党的十三届四中全会后,江泽民根据国内外形势的发展变化在继承我党民族理论的基础上,对民族问题的内涵与特征进行了理论创新,并且提出了一系列解决民族问题的方法与策略。江泽民民族问题理论及解决方法促进了中国民族问题的解决和民族团结的发展。Since Fourth Plenary Session of 13,the international and Chinese domestic environment has undergone widely profound changes.And based on our Party＇s ethnic theory,Jiang Zemin has made the new summary of the ethnic question and some new practice to solve the ethnic question,all these efforts have promoted to solve the ethnic question and to develop the ethnic unity.
