摘　　要：由于用户氧氮产品需求比例的变化,使部分制氧机在许多情况下只生产氮气,氧气白白放空。针对这种情况,我们对制氧机的流程进行了改造,将本来用于氮水预冷的氮气置换出来,做为氮压机的原料气,达到制氧机经济运行的目的。As users demand ratio of oxygen and nitrogen products has changed,so that part of the oxygenerator in many cases only use for the production of nitrogen,oxygen is wasted emptying.In response,we carried out oxygen transformation process to displace nitrogen which use for pre-cooling of the nitrogen water,press the feed gas as nitrogen,to achieve the economic purpose of oxygenerator.
