摘 要:本文先通过一个因桩底存在过厚沉渣(空隙)而导致桩基静载检测不合格的工程实例,例证了加大荷载压实沉渣后其实际承载力可以恢复至设计值。为进一步研究沉渣存在对单桩承载力特性的影响,设计室内模型试验,通过实测数据对比了桩底有沉渣和无沉渣两种单桩模型在荷载作用下的轴力、桩侧摩阻力、桩端阻力及荷载-沉降曲线。试验结果表明,虽然两者的荷载传递机理有所不同,但有沉渣单桩压实桩底沉渣后仍可以恢复正常的承载性能;并从理论上验证了后预压方法处理沉渣过厚桩基的合理性和可行性。This article describes that the defect pile-foundation engineering is not unqualified for the deep sediment,but the bearing capacity is resumed by compacting the sediment.In further to analyze the effect of the pile bearing capacity with the sediment,model test has been designed.Through measured the data, it can obtain the axial force,the pile side resistance,the pile tip resistance and the load-settlement curve in two different models.The results show that,although the load transfer mechanism is different in the two model tests,the pile bearing capacity with sediment still plays the normal value by compacting the sediment.And it suggests that the preloading is rationality and feasibility to deal with the deep sediment in theory.
