盐城地区出国劳务人员性病艾滋病影响因素与干预模式研究

摘　　要：〔目的〕针对盐城地区对外劳务实际,研究适合出国劳务人员STD/AIDS健康教育干预模式。〔方法〕分析出国劳务人员STD/AIDS影响因素,以及对829名出境劳务人员分境内、境外两个阶段分别干预情况的综合分析,构建干预模式图。〔结果〕出国前经专业人员健康教育干预后,劳务人员STD/AIDS知识、态度明显变化(P<0.05),境外劳务期间由于同伴教育发挥作用,回国后仍然维持在较高水平(P<0.05)。〔结论〕对劳务人员采取出国前专业健康教育与境外期间同伴教育相结合的模式,对该人群防控工作有着积极的意义,也有利于STD/AIDS防控目标的实现。Objective The article researches the STD/AIDS＇ health education intervention mode according to the fact that the overseas laborers are increasing more and more in Yancheng.Method Analysising the STD/AIDS＇ influence factors,829 overseas laborers were intervened respectively in the country and outside.Result After the professional health education,the level of laborer＇s STD/AIDS knowledge and attitude were changed apparently（P0.05）;After returning,it was still on the high level because of the peer education during the overseas.Conclusion The mode of the professional intervention before going aboard plus peer education outside is a feasible and effective way to the overseas laborers,it is of great significance to carry out STD/AIDS prevention too.
