摘　　要：〔目的〕通过实验室检测发现福建口岸首次截获输入性登革病例,并进行分子追踪溯源。〔方法〕采用实时荧光RT-PCR和RT-PCR检测方法,并对RT-PCR扩增产物进行核苷酸序列分析。〔结果〕从血清样本中检出登革病毒1型核酸,序列分析表明,该病毒株与来自太平洋群岛分离株在系统进化树上最为接近,序列同源性高。〔结论〕福建口岸首次截获输入性登革热病例,病毒株来源于太平洋群岛地区。Objective To find and confirm imported dengue fever case intercepted at Fujian port.Method Real time RT-PCR and RT-PCR were used to detect serum samples,and the sequencanalysis of the RT-PCR amplification product was adopted The phylogentic relationship of the virus and other DEV-1 were analyzed,respectiuely.Result Dengue virus type 1 nucleic acids were positive in serum sample.Phylogenetic analysis showed that this virus strain was closed to the isolated strains from Pacific islands in phylogenetic tree,With high sequence homology.Conclusion This case was confirmed imported dengue fever case which was firstly intercepted at Fujian port,and the virus strain might be introduced from Pacific islands.
