摘 要:〔目的〕调查人帐诱法和CO2灯诱法的现场捕蚊效果。〔方法〕采用人帐诱法和CO2灯诱法进行蚊类调查。〔结果〕两种方法共捕获1307只蚊虫,经鉴定分别为三带喙库蚊(Culextritaeniorhynchus)、白纹伊蚊(Aedes albopictus)、中华按蚊(Anopheles sinensis)和骚扰阿蚊(Armigeres subalbatus)分别占各种类的比例为85.16%、9.49%、4.82%和0.53%,三带喙库蚊为优势种群;2种方法捕获的蚊虫种类相同,但CO2灯诱法捕获的蚊虫密度指数129.0只/灯·h显著低于人帐诱法266.5只/帐·h。〔结论〕CO2灯诱法可作为蚊虫种群调查的一种手段,尤其在发生蚊媒传染病的地区,应作为首选方法。Objective To compare the efficacy of CO2 trapping lamp and mosquito-curtain trap for catching mosquitoes.Method The CO2 trapping lamp and mosquito-curtain trap were used.Result The mosquitoes captured by two kinds of traps were not different from each other.There were Culex tritaeniorhynchus,Aedes albopictus,Anopheles sinensis and Armigeres subalbatus,which accounted for 85.16%,9.49%,4.82% and 0.53%.Cx.tritaeniorhynchus was the local predominant population.However,the mosquito density index of CO2 trapping lamp was 129.00 /lamp·hour,which was lower than that of mosquito-curtain trap(266.50 /curtain·hour).Conclusion The CO2 trapping lamp could be employed to monitor the mosquito population,especially it should be the preferred method in the epidemic area of mosquito-borne disease.
