摘　　要：目的了解山东省育龄妇女孕前生活与行为方式。方法运用调查问卷的方式,对山东省2008例20～49岁育龄妇女进行孕前生活与行为方式调查。结果①饮食不规律者占调查人数的13.4%,素食或以素食为主者占27.2%,食用鱼虾类、新鲜肉类、牛奶制品以及豆制品的频率较低,食用叶酸的人数只占调查人数的10.8%。②从事接触农药工作者占调查对象的12.9%,从事接触猫狗等动物工作者占调查对象的10.1%,家中养猫狗等动物的调查对象占51.0%。③被动吸烟的调查对象占42.6%,只有8.9%的调查对象参加体育锻炼。④在过去的1年中,参加筛查如宫颈癌、乳腺癌、染色体等的人数均不超过8%。结论加强宣传,提供服务,改变孕前不良生活与行为方式,提高出生人口质量。Objective To study the life and the behavior style of fertile-age women in Shandong province.Methods A total of 2 008 cases with 20～49-year-old in part area of Shandong province were investigated with the structural questionnaire.Results ①The eating disorders accounted for 13.4% of those surveyed.The vegetation or vegetarian-based accounted for 27.2% of those surveyed.Consumption of fish and shrimp,fresh meat,milk products and soy-based foods was lower frequency.Consumption of folic acid was only the number of those surveyed of 10.8%.②The workers being engaged in exposure to pesticides accounted for 12.1% of the survey.The workers being engaged in contacting with cats and dogs and other animals accounted for 10.1% of the survey.The survey of the progestation women breeding cats and dogs and other animals at home account for 51.0%.③ The passive smoking women accounted for 42.6% of the survey.Only 8.9% of the respondents participated in physical exercises.④ In the past year,the number of participating in screening examination such as cervical cancer,breast cancer and chromosomes did not exceed 8%.Conclusion To improve the quality of birth population through strengthening the publicizing,the service and changing unhealthy life and behavior style pre-pregnancy.
