摘  要:文章采用共沉淀法制备了Ru/ZrO2.xH2O催化剂对丙酸甲酯进行加氢反应研究,并用XRD和XPS对反应前后催化剂进行了表征。考察了催化剂制备时机械搅拌速度、沉淀剂的种类、沉淀时溶液PH值、催化剂灼烧温度及金属担载量等因素对Ru/ZrO2.xH2O催化性能影响。结果表明,增加搅拌速度、选择合适的沉淀剂以及Ru担载量能够明显提高催化剂加氢活性,而加大沉淀时溶液PH和升高催化剂灼烧温度则对催化剂性能有抑制作用。The Ru/ZrO2·xH2O catalyst prepared by co-precipitation method is able to effectively catalytic hydrogenation of methyl propionate to propanol alcohol with high yields.The catalyst was characterized by XRD and XPS.Effect of stirring rate,types of alkali hydroxide,pH value,caclined temperature and ruthenium loading on the properties of Ru/ZrO2·xH2O catalyst were studied.The results show that the activity and selectivity of the catalyst increase when increasing the rate of stirring and ruthenium loading,however,both the activity and selectivity decrease with increasing of the pH value and caclined temperature.
