摘  要:采用正交回归处理的方法,研究亚温淬火对淬火态60Si2Mn钢力学性能的影响。60Si2Mn钢在770~810℃亚温淬火,随着淬火温度升高,试样的强度和硬度升高,800℃淬火时达到峰值,延伸率则单调下降。与此同时,铁素体量逐渐减少,马氏体量逐渐增加,铁素体形态为针状且均匀分布。在800℃淬火时,铁素体的含量和形态达到最佳,具有最好的综合力学性能。The experiment is designed by orthogonal regression to analyze the influence of intercritical quenching on quenched 60Si2Mn steel's mechanical properties. The steel is intercritically quenched at 780 - 810℃, with the quenching temperature going up, the strength and hardness increased and the elongation percentage decreased. 60Si2Mn steel has the highest strength and hardness at 800 ℃, meanwhile ferrites decreased and martensite increased, ferrite phase with needle-like is the uniform distribution. Quenched 60Si2Mn steel had the highest comprehensive mechanical properties which ferrite content and morphology achieve the best at 800℃.
