摘　　要：采用由高效空气冷却器组成的连续式渗碳炉淬火油冷却系统解决了原来淬火油冷却系统易于渗漏等问题。经过一年多的生产应用证明，该冷却系统不仅运行安全可靠，而且具有节能、节水、环保、产品质量稳定的效果。目前空气冷却器已作为2009～2011年热处理清洁生产先进技术推广项目。Using the cooling system of quenching oil in efficiency air cooler. Several problems such as leakiness continuous carburizing furnace composed of high etc. which appear for the original quenching oil cooling system are solved. This cooling system has beenused in production for more than a year, and it is confirmed that not only safe and reliable operation, but also has energy saving, water saving, environmental protection and stable product quality. At present, the air cooler has been recommeded promotional item of heat treatment cleaner production and advanced technology in 2009 - 2011 by China Heat Treatment Association.
