摘  要:[ 目的] 观察关苍枡乙酸乙酯提取物对急、慢性和免疫性炎症的作用,探讨其作用机理.[ 方法] 利用动物模型.[ 结果] 关苍枡乙酸乙酯提取物能明显地抑制二甲苯和巴豆油所致小鼠耳壳肿胀、角叉菜胶所致大鼠足肿胀、小鼠棉球肉芽肿增生及Freund’s 完全佐剂所致大鼠关节炎.[ 结论] 关苍枡乙酸乙酯提取物具有抑制急、慢性及免疫性炎症的作用.还可降低毛细血管通透性,增强小鼠单核巨噬细胞系统的吞噬功能,减少炎症部位的前列腺素E2 含量。OBJECTIVE To study the effects of extraction of atractylodes japonica by ethyl acetate on acute, chronic and immune inflammation.METHOD Animal models were used.RESULT Extraction of atractylodes japonica by ethyl acetate inhibit several inflammatory processes such as edema induced by xylene and cronton oil in the ear of mice, proliferation of granulema induced by cotton pellets in mice, edema induced by carrageenin in the hind paw and arthritis induced by adjuvant in rats.CONCLUSION Extraction of atractylodes japonica by ethyl acetate has an inhibitory action for acute, chronic and immune inflammation. Also, extraction of atractylodes japonica by ethyl acetate inhibit capillary permeability, increas phagocytic function of the mononuclear phagocyte system in mice. In addition, extraction of atractylodes japonica by ethyl acetatedecreas the contents of prostaglandin E 2 in its inflammatory site, but increas the contents of serum superoxide dismutase.
