摘　　要：详细介绍了喷射溢流染色机在印染生产加工中的操作要点,包括浴比的控制,分散染料和直接混纺染料在同浴染色中化料和加料的方式,染色中的升温、降温和保温过程,染机内出现堵布的原因和解决措施,pH值的控制,匀染剂的添加,溢流阀和喷嘴的调节等。同时还提供了3个实例及工艺参数,充分说明在喷射溢流染色机上通过染色工艺优化,可以生产出既满足质量要求,又节能减排的产品。Operation keys in jet overflow dyeing were introduced in detail,including controlling bath ratio and pH value, ways of dissolving and dispensing dyes in one-bath dyeing with disperse and direct dyes, procedures of heating up, cooling down and holding, addition of leveling agents and adjustment of overflow valves and nozzles. Three cases and processing conditions were given to demonstrate that products could meet quality requirements and realize energy saving by optimizing jet overflow dyeing process.
