摘 要:将臭氧应用于纯棉织物活性染料染色后的清洗工序,探讨了氧化清洗条件对清洗效果的影响。结果表明,较适宜的氧化清洗条件为:臭氧气流量1.5 L/min,浴比1∶40,pH值6,清洗温度50℃,清洗时间因染料而不同,活性红B2BF、活性黄B4RFN和活性藏青BGD染色织物的清洗时间分别为7 min,4 min和3 min。与常规皂洗相比,经臭氧氧化清洗后织物K/S值下降不大,色光变化较小,色牢度略有提高。臭氧清洗可以使净洗残液废水的色度降低80%以上,CODCr值降低50%以上,减轻了环境污染,有利于实现清洁生产。Ozone was applied to rinse cotton reactive dyeings. Influence of oxidation conditions on rinsing results was discussed. Results showed that suitable process was rinsing at 50 ℃ with bath ratio 1 : 40, pH value 6 and ozone air flow 1.5 L/min. Rinsing time depended on dye type, 7 minutes, 4 minutes, and 3 minutes respectively for reactive red B2BF, reactive yellow B4RFN and reactive dark blue BGD. Compared with conventional soaping process, cotton reactive dyeings rinsed with ozone oxidation process had lower decrease in color depth and shade change, as well as higher color fastness. Chroma of residual liquor reduced by above 80% and CODCr value decreased by above 50%, which could reduce pollution burden on environment.
