摘  要:对新疆某采区铀矿石进行了细菌浸出试验研究。利用自行设计加工的生物反应器,采用经过驯化培养后的氧化亚铁硫杆菌(T f)进行试验。室内外2年多的试验证明:生物反应器细菌固定效果好、氧化效率高、结构简单、操作方便、成本低;细菌经过驯化后,能适应新疆低温条件和地浸采铀溶液环境条件,在正常连续细菌氧化工艺中,地浸采铀溶液成分可作为细菌的营养物质,不需另外补充;用细菌作氧化剂不但能达到氧化Fe2+的目的,还能提高浸出液中金属铀浓度和金属铀的浸出率,且对环境无副作用,具有较好的应用前景。Experimental test was conducted on bacterial leaching for uranium ore in a mining area in Xinjiang by using self-designed and self-manufactured bacterial reactor with the domesticated and cultivated Thiobacillusferrooxidans(T f).After more than 2 years of tests indoors and outdoors,it is verified that the bacterial reactor is characterized with good effect in immobilization of bacteria,high efficiency in oxidation,as well as simple structure,convenient operation and low cost.The bacteria,after being cultivated,can adapt to the low-temperature in Xinjiang area,and the solution condition for in-situ leaching.In the normal continuous bacterial oxidation process,the solution for in-situ uranium leaching can be used as the nutrition for bacteria,without other supplementary.The bacteria being used as oxidant can make Fe^2+ oxidized to be Fe^3+,but also increase the content of uranium in the leach solution as well as the leaching rate of uranium.Since it′s environmentally friendly,it will have a good prospect of application.
