摘  要:阐述了我国铁矿石选矿技术进步和创新开发高效分选的新工艺和新设备。国内众多选矿厂进行铁矿石提铁降硅(杂)生产系统的改造与扩建,生产出含铁66%-69%、含SiO23%-5%的高质量铁精矿,有效地提高了炼铁高炉入炉铁品位,减少了高炉炼铁废气、废渣的排放量及铁矿石、焦炭及熔剂的消耗量,对高炉炼铁节能减排增效十分显著。The progress of iron ore mineral processing technique and innovatively developed new techniques and new facilities with high efficiency in mineral beneficiation were illustrated.To increase iron grade and decrease silicon content,reconstruction and extension of production system of iron ores have been carried out in many inland mineral processing plants,and iron concentrate containing 66%~69% of Fe and 3%~5% of SiO2 can be prepared.The Fe grade of the furnace charge for iron smelting can be increased effectively;meanwhile,both the disposal of waste gas/slag and the consumption of iron ore,coke and flux can be reduced.Outstanding effect can be achieved in energy-saving,emission-reduction and efficiency-beneficiation of iron-smelting.
