摘 要:采用含硫32%的黄铁矿精矿作还原剂,以两矿法浸出含锰43.87%的国外某褐锰矿,当原矿/黄铁矿质量比达到0.28,原矿/硫酸质量比达到1.104,在90~95℃,反应6.5~8 h,褐锰矿锰的浸出率可达到90%以上,最高可达到97%。该褐锰矿冶炼技术,全流程通畅,锰的总收率达90.45%。Using the pyrite concentrate containing 32% sulphur as reductant,an abroad braunite containing 43.87% Mn was leached by two-ores method.The leaching rate of manganese in braunite can reach above 90% and the highest can reach 97% under the conditions that the mass ratio of raw ore and pyrite was 0.28,the mass ratio of raw ore and sulfuric acid was 1.104,the temperature was 90~95 ℃ and reaction time was 6.5~8 h.The full flowsheet of this braunite smelting technology was unobstructed and the gross recovery of manganese reached 90.45%.
