摘  要:研究了以高硅氧化锌矿为原料,经条件温和的两段循环酸浸、净化、碳铵沉锌、前驱体煅烧等工序制备活性氧化锌的工艺。重点考查了锌的两段循环浸出、碳铵沉锌中各因素的影响及煅烧过程中温度、时间对活性氧化锌粒径的影响。Using high silica zinc oxide ore as raw material,the process of preparing active zinc oxide through the procedure of two-stage recycled acid leaching under mild conditions,purification,deposition of zinc with NH4HCO3 and calcination of precursor was investigated.Two-stage recycled leaching of zinc,the effects of various factors in depositing zinc with NH4HCO3 and the effect of temperature and time on the particle size of active zinc oxide during calcination were investigated emphatically.
