摘　　要：19世纪末20世纪初,美国和德国几乎在同一时间开启了海外扩张的步伐。尽管两国的海外扩张具有很多相同点;但它们的扩张在内容、目标以及两国的地缘政治等方面也存在着显著差异。这也导致了两国的这一战略出现了截然不同的后果。America and Germany began to expand overseas in the same time at the turn of the past century. Although the two country’s overseas expansion had many the same respects,There many remarkable difference in their expansions’s substance. object and the two country’s geopolitics etc. These led to the entirely different consequences of the two country‘s strategy.
