摘 要:就不同套袋材料对甜柿品种"阳丰"果实性状的影响进行研究,结果表明:套袋可使"阳丰"果皮着色均匀,提高柿果含水量,降低柿果硬度,对单果质量和果形影响较小。套袋后柿果可溶性固形物和可溶性糖含量降低。双层内红纸袋处理对甜柿果实的产期调节作用明显,可使果实着色及脱涩期提前10 d左右。9月30日调查双层内红纸袋处理的果皮着色已超过对照成熟期的表现,成熟期其果皮着色程度远超过其他处理,但同时也降低了柿果的部分内在品质:成熟期果实含糖量比对照降低了2.81%,维生素C含量降低了28.7 mg/100 g。The effects of bag types on fruit characters of non-astringent persimmon "Youhou" were investigated in the present study. The results showed that bagging might increase uniformity of fruit coloring, water content of fruit, as well as fruit firmness, however, it didn't affect fruit shape and single fruit weight. Soluble solid content and soluble sugar content of bagging fruits were decreased. The influence of double-layer bag with red interior layer in harvest date was remarkable, and the dates of peel pigmentation and de-astringent of fruit were 10 days in advance. The peel pigmentation treated with this kind of bag was better than that of the controls on September 30, and the peel coloring was the best compared with that of other treatments at maturity. Unfortunately, internal quality of fruit was significantly reduced after the bagging. Fruit sugar decreased by 2.81% , and vitamins C decreased by 28.7 mg/100 g compared with that of the control at maturity.
