摘 要:采用直接测序法检测GDF9基因在黔东南小香羊群体中的单核苷酸多态性。结果表明:在GDF9基因外显子2的550位碱基处发生了突变(A→C)并导致组氨酸突变为脯氨酸;试验检测到AA型、Aa型和aa型3种基因型;A等位基因频率为0.666 7,a等位基因频率为0.333 4。Single nucleotide polymorphism of growth differentiation factor 9 (GDF9) gene, a candidate gene on the prolificacy, was revealed by sequencing in Small Xiang Goats of Southeast Guizhou in the present study. The results showed that there was one single nucleotide mutation (A^550→C^550) at exon 2 of this gene in Small Xiang Goats, which resulted in an amino acid change: histidine→proline. Therefore, three genotypes (AA , Aa and aa) were detected in Small Xiang Goats. The frequencies of alleles A and a were 0. 666 7and 0. 333 4, respectively
