摘　　要：文章结合宜昌地区电网自备电厂的具体特点,分析了自备电厂并网运行存在的管理漏洞和安全隐患,从自备电厂的并网运行管理、设备检修管理、负荷管理等方面进行了分析和探讨,提出了加强企业自备电厂并网运行管理的重要性和必要性。With the combination of the characteristic of the self-supply power plants in Yichang region,this thesis analyses the management flaws and safety risks and discusses the management in Grid-connected operation,load,the equipment overhaul etc,and puts forwards the significance and necessity of strengthening management in grid-connected Operation of self-supply power plants.
