摘　　要：文章介绍了武汉电网第二代电能量计量计费系统的特色及其建设情况,以及在建设和运行过程中出现的常见问题及解决办法,对系统的维护与管理提出了建议。The building situation and the characteristic of the second-generation electric energy measuring and billing system for Wuhan grid are introduced in this paper.And the common problems and solutions at the course of building and operating the system are also discussed.Some suggestions for maintenance and administration of the system are proposed in this paper.
