摘 要:论述了国内外铁矿直接还原的现状及进展,从铁矿直接还原工艺研究、理论研究及铁矿直接还原中使用的不同还原剂的影响方面,阐述了在直接还原铁氧化物或铁矿石球团的研究中所取得的成果。还原过程动力学是铁矿直接还原理论研究的主要方向,国内外学者普遍认为其直接还原过程是分步进行的。对于挥发分物质在铁矿煤基直接还原中的作用,研究者们说法不一。This paper described the current situation and progress of iron ore direct reduction at home and abroad. From the aspects of the research in iron ores direct reduction process, theory and the effect of different reductants used in direct reduction of iron ore, the achievements of research in direct reduction of iron oxides and iron ore pellets were expounded. Reduction kinetics was the focus of the research in iron ore direct reduction theory. Scholars at home and abroad generally con- sidered that the direct reduction process was conducted step by step. As for the role of volatile mat- ter in coal - based direct reduction of iron ore, the researchers had different opinions.
