联络护士对非专科住院糖尿病患者健康干预的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病联络护士在非糖尿病专科糖尿病患者管理中的作用与效果。方法选取120例非糖尿病专科住院糖尿病患者,其中糖尿病联络护士小组成立前60例,成立后60例,对二者糖尿病知识掌握程度和遵医行为进行比较,分析糖尿病联络护士小组干预效果。结果糖尿病联络护士干预后,非糖尿病专科的住院糖尿病患者糖尿病知识掌握程度、遵医行为(用药依从性、血糖监测依从性、饮食控制依从性、运动依从性)均明显提高(均P<0.05)。结论糖尿病联络护士的健康干预提高了非糖尿病专科住院糖尿病患者健康教育的效果。Objective To explore the role of diabetic liaison nurses on diabetic patient management in non-diabetic department.Methods The diabetes knowledge and treatment compliance of 120 patients（60 cases before and after establishment of liaison nurse team,respectively） were compared and the effect of health intervention by liaison nurses was analyzed.Results After intervention by liaison nurses,the diabetes knowledge and treatment compliance（including medicine taking,blood glucose monitoring,diet control and exercise） were improved obviously in diabetes patients in non-diabetic department（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The health intervention by diabetic liaison nurses can improve the effect of health education in diabetes patients in non-diabetic department.
